Running 505 is a grassroots wellness program for youth. We collaborate with the community at large to encourage our youth to live healthy lifestyles.
Running 505 has two programs: Running Girls 505 and Running Guys 505. Each program is designed for youth to learn from, get motivated with, and become inspired through educational lessons and physical activity.
Running 505 is designed for youth in the 5th - 8th grades. This program is funded based on community donations. Sponsorships and donations are happily accepted!
Running 505 Philosophy
Being healthy isn't just about the physical aspects, like eating better and getting exercise;
it's about all aspects of your health, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual for life-long wellness!
Running mentors pair up with youth participants to lead them on our runs.
Learn about various ways that you can financially support our programs.
