Being healthy isn't just about the physical aspects, like eating better and getting exercise;
it's about all aspects of your health, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual for life-long wellness!
We are a grassroots, non-competitive, wellness program for kids who are in the 5th-8th grades. We collaborate with the community at large to encourage our kids to live healthy lifestyles. Running 505 is designed for youth to learn from, get motivated with, and become inspired through educational lessons, mentorship and physical activity. This program is funded based on community donations and grant applications.
